A small station. Clean and well maintained. This platform is low compared to the train height. Stations on this track ( delhi, baraut , shamli and saharanpur) need electric train. All the trains that run here are diesel trains. One more thing, this route need double track. I hope that both (electric trains and double track) will be implemented here soon.

If you have come here from Shamli, due to some reason, you can get back to Silvad by going hundred meters ahead or stop for a while and go back to Shamli in a two-train train. I have to go hundred meters ahead of the station and you will get an auto recorded jeep vehicle for Shamli and it takes ₹ 10 to go up to Shamli and it will leave near the station at 100 meters.
