Thanks Team Dewan for your quick response. But I want to add something to this. I realized I was too quick to judge someone and made an unfair review. I talked to my known ones who have studied in Dewan and the feedback of that Mam was so good and Positive. May be I misunderstood her and was also not ready to listen at that time. I am happily changing my review bcoz the overall experience in Dewan was good and I was able to submit my documents without any glitch. I really respect the senior staff as they deserve it. They are a gem to any organization and their knowledge is incredible. Worst experience as a parent.. Today I visited the school as I got the call from school to submit documents of my child for the Admission. I had to meet Mrs. Ritu Kaushik Mam and I went in her office but there one more lady with her.. Quite old, white short hair.. She asked my Registration number and I said Mam I don't have that as I filled the form from my laptop.. So I m not carrying it and she instantly replied then come again when you have it. I mean is this how you do your job.. And then when I said that Mam you take the documents and I will confirm the Registration number later on call she said we cant do anything.. She was literally fighting with me and not ready for any solution at all.. as a parents I was shocked if the staff is behaving this with a parent how they must have been with kids.. But thanks to Ritu Kaushik mam who finally sorted the things and helped me.. Seriously Dewan School deserves to know that few teachers are really harming the brand..
While the school has evolved so much in academics, extra-curricular activities, technology etc, it’s principles & culture have remained the same. Learning model without pressure, more support, more fun has been a great success for the school and its students. Keep up the great work.
