imho it was one of the best schools in Assam back in 2013-14(yeah I was there only for 1.5 years). The school might have been behind in infrastucture, but everything else was top notch. Teachers were very humble and hardworking, our director was very active and friendly. And my classmates seemed have good social skills
Studied here for 12 years but i will try to be as unbiased as possible. The infrastructure is improved every year be it the classrooms, office or the toilets. Over the years, i have seen a ton of improvements in the infrastructure. It has a decent sized library, a hall for various events, two computer labs, practical labs, classrooms armed with smart boards for digital learning and a not so even playground. The teaching staff is mostly filled with teachers who are caring, friendly and knowledgeable in their respective fields but not overly friendly although a few of them are not good people in general or maybe they are just frustrated. Prefects are like well mannered big brothers and the aunties are friendly and resourceful as well. although the school has limited resources and ground space, they try their best to create a student who is an all rounder and i really admire them for that. theres also frequent visits from guest lecturers, motivational speakers, social and environmental activist etc. one of the biggest advantages it has over other schools is that every single class has a traditional blackboard as well as a digital smartboards.
