Worst Customer Service. Slow process. They'll have IPPB barcode, but won't use them. I had a worst experience, as we should carry a megaphone when approaching this post office I think. I said online payment, but they billed me in cash. As he said he can't hear me. I paid through IPPB. Theyagain asked me to take a print of post receipt in outside store. I paid for xerox, took for their mistake. Some of the staff forget giving respect to customers.
Got my aadhar card details updated fast... Gorvernment has gentle and genuine working staff too...
Average service with better customer support. Few staff are good. They have given proper response on the queries raised, few are not. The waiting time was ok (I visited after lunch hours).
