As per my Client requirement, I went to Sector 17 for booking the material. Booking service is way too slow. They really don't give much attention to customer for unloading the material. After 45 mins of my turn. They told me that VRL cannot book material if the material is in powdered form and not white. This is the first time I heard such thing. Then they didn't even loaded my material back. I loaded it myself and booked through Jaipur Golden. Such a pathetic service. Come on you can not say that you cannot book material because it is powder. I will never book from this Transport again.
The staff is rude , Customer care does not pickup the phone , and I send somebody to pickup the goods., They want to charge Rs 100 extra because assumingly some CR has been generated. The management does not care much as can be seen from the other reviews as well. Pathetic service.
Don't send anything via VRL. They are fraud. Will quote 1/3 of the amount and once you give them the parcel/Things to be sent, they will come back and ask for alot more money. I have all the call recording to prove it. Strongly suggest not to use them. Got defrauded by Carsnbikemovers as they shared the no for VRL. I will make sure update a review on all the website where they appear

There isn't option to give minus 5 star, else I would have given that. Never came across any packers and movers worse then them. They're the worst. Owner or manager whosoever, Vikas, is pathetic. After poor service they start begging for money.
