Unmarried couples not allowed. They made us take two separate rooms, even though we were outstation visitors. Bloody extortionists. Also the rooms are quite small, but overall a very decent stay for a place like Sultanpur. The manager is also polite. The property is located right in the heart of the city, everything within a radius of a km.
