It's a village..there is a primary health center at Jorwardi choke..three shops and a pharmacy before the above health center..a Shiv Temple still under construction...from this village centre, one way to Kaithalkuchi- Railway station..another way to Chamata from where one can take journey to Nalbari city..oppositely to Sharthebari famous for handmade utensils...other 2 ways include one way before the above Shiv Temple and the health centre to higher secondary school...the rest way is to Jorwardi village through Dwarabari shrine gate..
Historic place of Nalbari district! There is a kal Samhati Satra (Kalia Gosaighar) situated here; where Doul Purnima is celebrated every year with pomp and splendor!
