My mother had called the 1929 helpline number seeking help after lodging a complaint regarding an issue in our locality . The lady on the other side supposedly answering calls to help snapped at her without even listening to the entire issue, used inappropriate language extended impolite behaviour and refused to help, she refused to divert the call to higher authorities/ anyone else who would patiently hear her out . She refused to disclose her name as she anticipated we would register a complaint against her . I wonder why are such people sitting on a helpline number when their intentions are purely otherwise . Forget about being courteous. Do these Google reviews have any impact ?!

Dog menace. I am living at vim chandrasekhar pur near children park. There are about 20 dogs swarming in our locality of vim 810 to vim 826, posing threat to passersby, barking in chorus at mid night disturbing our sleep. Requested bmc to capture these animals, Relocate, or ask residents not to feed them here in front of their houses. Mp dash Vim 820
