very bad UPHC, They add your name that you got your second dose using your details. Very bad center and I've complained to heathy department. My wife got a message that 2nd Dose Covishield was administered by Nurse name 'Indu' on Dec 18 2022 at 3.26 pm. To meet the target they falsely add that you are vaccinated. Please be careful and avoid giving your Aadhar, Phone number to them. We do not live in Salem but we got a message today that she has been successfully administered 2nd dose today. Please rectify it.
