I studied here from 1985 - 1989, 10th grd. to 12th grd. Excellent Govt. Higher Secondary School. My friends name, Mohan, Muthuvel, Anand, Uma shankar, Amolopavaraja, Jayaraj, Kumar. I m trying to contact them. Still date I could not able to reach them. Anyway thanks for google.
One of the best school in Pudukkottai in those days when I was studied (9th and 10th )here in 1991-93. There will be an entrance exam conducted to get selected. My friend and I got passed on that exam and got admission. I remember that their Coaching was like a master class and level ahead comparing other schools. Our school is situated in one side of the Eucalyptus Forest and other side of Cashewnut forest. Because of the forest there will be a huge play area was there. My class teacher got 9th was Mr.Salai Anandhar and Sri. Malayappan in 10th. NCC, NSS coaching was available. In those days they motivated us to know the importance of saving money hence they had a postal saving counter inside the school. We used to open an account there and deposit 1 or 2 rupees on a daily basis for which they will give a passbook, if was an unforgettable memory, hope no school had that favility that time. Those days I was saved about Rs.85/- in my 2 years of study. During final exam Mr. Salai Anandhar will conduct Night study favility with the management support. Those who intrusted can attend night study in school. Mr. Anandhar Sir will teach us and clarify our doubts during Night study.
