TC was delayed for a month and finally when they provided the TC, which costs rupees 100, instead 500 rupees were taken stating 'RUPEES 400 IS THE COST FOR "EFFORT" WE HAD TO PUT IN MAKING TC'. I raised voice against it and took 400 rupees back.
