One of the oldest Government establishments in Puri district. Catering to a huge population this court is the first step of judiciary. This place is over crowded by common people as well as judicial staffs the whole day. There is enough infrastructure to accomodate hearing of many number of cases at the same time. Ample parking space is there. Many xerox and print shops are in front of it. Also there are small shops of crop seeds, pesticides and fertilizers as maximum number of people come from interior village areas for attending hearing dates. But it is a matter of concern that a high number of cases are pending for trial. Govt should look after this problem by which people will regain their hopes over the judiciary system.
