I have seen this place many times and seen the institute evolving as a university. The convention centre aka Seven Pillars of Wisdom is a nice colonial building matching to the colonial legacy of the erstwhile Ravenshaw College. Famous as a great learning centre, the place has sent many luminaries in the state as well as national level. Keep walking and evolve into completeness...!!!
Beautiful Educational Hub.It's spread across a wide range of greeny areas. A Nicely maintained campus for the students. Infrastructures are of modern standards and of high standards. Class rooms are spacious and well equipped.
I was a student here in 1970s. Gorgeous & monumental structures. However the place open during my period. But now at the entrance there are shops and even a temple. I was really shocked to see such a mess.
One of the most prestigious and oldest centre of learning in the state of Odisha. Ravenshaw University, being full of heritage and notable alumni, lives up to be a temple of learning for many. University infrastructure has received considerable improvements in recent years and now boasts of facilities at par, if not better than private colleges. Road, rail and air link are very well connected and all necessary amenities and facilities are available here. Teaching staff is highly educated and supportive. A much sought after University in Eastern India and deservedly so.
