The school was established in 1970 with the kind effort of Sambhu Charan Ghosh, the founder Headmaster. Now the school runs with upper primary , secondary and higher secondary sections as a co-education school . There are about 22 teachers and 4 non teaching staff . The school is acoutred with modern facilities like library and computers . There are about 10 computers in the school . The new Headmaster Md. Kabir joined the school in 2008 and with his strenuous efforts the school was upgraded to the Higher Secondary level . Tap water is available for everybody to quench one's thirst . The young , handsome and experienced teachers offer their wholesome efforts to teach the children .
