Very wost service in birth certificate issuance after appliying correction they issueed the same certificate.
Birth certificate department is worst ever. Always they made mistake when we give the correct name. I dont know how they are careless in typing small name ? Be aware, when you apply the birth certificate. Becarefull when you get the birth certificate . check all the spelling and address infront of officials. If you got without notice. Its very very difficult to correct the details. Always take snapshot of the application before you submit . This is the proof for your claim.
