We people of 9 went to dine, the manager started creating issues for a table where 2 seats were going vacant.and loudly he started yelling and arguing with us Seems like this pandemic has eliminated their sense of service and politeness and treatment of customers and the mangers regular staring at us and plotting with his staff made us feel very uncomfortable. We have been visiting this restaurant since many years and never experienced this behavior. We were die hard fans of this place but this guys poor behaviour was sad.
This was my second visit here and really had a delightful experience. Wanna experience some authentic Chinese food this place won't disappoint you. Quality food, Quiet Ambience friendly staff. Tsing Hoi, Thai yellow curry, some desserts(as posted) were really good. Will visit again♥️

Very good food, good ambience, good service and friendly staff in Chungwa Restaurant, I visited so many times in Chungwa Restaurant.
Memories come flooding back on the mention of the word Chungwa ! Old traditions and flavours carried across a generation. My family's favorite Hukkoo soup from the Defence Colony days lives on as Mizutaki Soup. A huge steamboat soup the can be a meal on its own. A chance conversation this evening brought back vivid memories and I just had to have it for dinner and ordered a delivery which was efficiently packed and delivered by the courteous staff ! Lovely evening. I will sleep well tonight ! Three cheers !
