It is in my domicile area. Polytechnic and this school were gifted by India cements to this society. Some 50 yrs back it was monopoly and profit making.To compensate for it's emission and pollution which completely damaged good agriculture and health, it would have been easy for it to start good hospital, engineering related colleges, arts and science college. By not so doing, it kept the area and people like mining in Jarkand,Chattisgar,backward.
