It's clean, posh, amazing customer services, very near to famous eating points, private space for Ganga ghat... Overall a very good property to stay in...
Giving it 2 stars for its location, potential & chef. For an average 12000/- per day property it is very poorly managed. Staff appears distracted. Bathrooms are clogged. TV kept in the room doesn't have any paid channels, free DD & news ones only. Disappointed.
Absolutely Great place to stay and the food was awesome. It so fresh and delicious that I still mesmerize the every bite.
Best hotel in Haridwar. Has private ghat. Food best. Service and staff is very helpful and courteous. Ambience is fantastic. Room size is large, bathroom has tub. Morning flute and Evening bhajan sessions are soulful. Cleanliness and hygiene is very good. Paid Parking available near hotel, they provide free battery 3 wheeler to pickup and drop from parking. Maya Devi Temple Parking gate no 2 is nearest to the hotel. Ram ghat near hotel is also very good.
I had stayed in a premier room at Ganga Lahiri which is the property of same owner/group. I went to Ganga Lahiri for the New Year Eve and booked a premier room for 3 nights. For the new year eve, all the residents of Ganga Lahiri were asked to reach Ganga Haveli for the new year function. The night program started at 8pm which was okay. The host was Amit Bajaj at Ganga Haveli. The evening started with some games. In the entire game Amit Bajaj only focussed on pleasing a specific guest who was staying in the property. Others were non-existent to him. Later, he spoke to us and was only pressing us to book the new year incursion available at additional price - 7k for Jan 1st. We have already visited Haridwar and nearby places so weren't really interested. I politely denied and since then he completely ignored us as guest during our entire time at Haveli. If you conduct any event then please take a good host atleast. We did not want to stay any longer there so went back to Ganga Lahiri. He was not even bothered to arrange for an escort return which was a part of the package. Typical money minting mentality which is unusual of Ganga Lahiri and their reception of guests. Bhajan Sandhya sung by Acharya Jee and Pankaj was nice. One extra star for them. Peacock dance was also good.
