Big station with 4 platforms can accommodate lot of people, passenger shed and waiting or rest rooms are present. But during rain as of 11/9/21 the whole shed leaks and pours on many seats. Water cooler and many other drinking water outlets give dirty water or don't give at all, need to be improved and repaired. Police and guards were very attentive and alert, take fast action on wrongdoing's. Announcement was very good they alerted everyone to wear mask during covid on mike.
Very neat and clean station , canteen is also there , waiting hall is nice .
Loved the atmosphere and service... Platform 2 is a bit complicated that you have to go to the end of platform 1..
