If its available 0 star I would give same that only. For one form sign 2 weeks onwrds iam continuosly trying it employee is telling commissioner is in field work. I don't understand from 2 weeks onwrds commissioner sir busy with field work only. Really very bad service

System is fully currepted, very slow work... if you go for Khata.. without bribe they do not proceed....same for property tax challan process take an hour to prepare one year property tax... Instead of cumpterized challan process it is very better if they could do it manually...
Today I visited CMC Hebbagodi to pay property tax for my flat in DS MAX SIGMA. I had lost my previous tax paid receipt. The officials including computer operator after due verification said that they do not have anything to prove that I have paid my property tax. They have not saved my tax payment particulars in the system. Though they keep a copy of print out of the tax paid, they do not manually record the same/ Even the print out copy they keep is not filed in such a manner that they can retrieve the same easily. The only answer they give is if you do not have previous paid receipt then you have to pay for that year also in order to accept payment for this year. This only shows they do not have any record to show who have paid and who have not paid property tax. This hampers recovery of tax from non tax payers. It is high time they revamp their entire system and take help from BBMP online tax payment so that lot of revenue is generated for the CMC and development works can take place without any hazard. Moreover, they even charge Rs.50 for the computer operator to generate your tax payment forms, challans etc. Even in a village panchayat, a person can pay propertry tax by just paying tax amount and a manual receipt is issued. If they cannot update their information system, they can do this manually.
