Nowadays they are working on their own timings.. They will not accept any money transaction after 1 pm.. And will stop other services after 3:55 pm
Very much surprised with very responsive staff. I was supposed to pay PPF for current financial year and the staff helped to open post office account and now i can transfer to my ppf account sitting at home. The Staff was kind enough to extend help as there were few more niggles requiring my customer id of my PFF which I held from Bangalore Branch. Very much Delighted from government institution.
Don't go this post office after 2.56pm they refuse to take booking even before closing time and at least they could take 2-3min after closing time. And be careful the lady who sits at window for booking she is very rude and egoistic person. Pay 10rs extra and go to private courier center. Shameless employees
Open from 9 to 5pm. Though services almost stop after 4pm. Sunday holiday.
