The worst post office ever in this locality. There is always a crowd in here making it extremely difficult to do a job or to ask something. The clerks are the worst. They will tell you to come some other day for a petty job, always. And they never come on their jobs. They always show they're busy. Never trust the clerks here.
1. Never ever I have received my parcel on time 2. Everytime they BEG for money whenever they deliver something 3. See the name "BARNALINASKA", never delivered my parcel on time, and the guy who she has appointed literally I have to give him 50 to 100 rupees to get the product. 4. Employees are very rude, no one comes on time Worst Post Office ever....
Indian Post is perhaps at it's all time worst. They are open only because they cannot officially close operations. The Sonarpur Sub post office has an even smaller Branch office here in Mission pally. The staff hardly open the office, and whenever they do it's a complete mess. They cannot even find where they kept stuff. Anyways, I feel bad. Even though Indian Post had the chance to do greater things it will be cursed for such a poor workforce.
Need improvement in terms of customer service. Unprofessional.
