Third class service BSNL
Nowadays, there are very few staff on duty. Those who are there, take a very long time to do a simple recharge. As if this wasn't enough, their system keeps crashing, forcing us to wait for a long time. This place definitely needs to improve a lot!
Staff managing the counter are not punctual . I had to wait for 45 minutes after the scheduled time to pay my telephone bill .Please ensure punctuality
Good service but I saw for the whole office only one lady staff was there. So service was littlebit late.
The staff was nice , understood the concern however due to the policies my query was not resolved.
